Optimized solution for manual data imports for the ’ticketing hub’ function

The Backstage ’ticketing hub’ functionality provides significant support for events where, in addition to the central ticketing platform, external ticket vendors are also involved. It is essential that the system aggregates data from all vendors, enabling unified reporting, inventory management, and access control processes. The feature is primarily based on an API integration between Backstage and the external vendor; however, this is not always feasible, making manual data import necessary in some cases. Our latest development extends this manual (non-API-based), bulk data import with additional transactional and user-level data (e.g., precise purchase timestamps), resulting in more accurate BI analytics and visualization, as well as improved internal reporting processes.
