Preloading mandatory wristband types for visitors under 18 years of age, based on check-in data

This development results in a faster exchange process and safer operation at events where, in order to protect minors (e.g. with limited consumption rights), different types of wristbands are issued to visitors under 18. The essence of the process is that Backstage automatically preloads the type of wristband that can be issued, based on the ID data scanned during onsite or online check-in. This way we can ensure that every minor will receive a differentiated ’under-18’ wristband.
