Minimum and maximum values for percentage-based administration fees

Our webshops provide the possibility to freely set up administration fees (also known as a handling fees) to be paid by customers in addition to the list price (face value) of the purchased products. This administration fee can be set as a fixed amount, or as a given percentage of the list price. Our current development allows the percentage-based format to be controlled with a minimum and maximum fee value. This way, the fee can only move within a given range, still taking the percentage value as a basis, but overriding it in the case of products with extremely low or high list prices.
